    • List 5 emotions you are feeling right now, and rate their intensity from 0-100
    • List 3 emotions you felt this past week, and rate their intensity from 0-100
  2. Review the Previous Week:

    • Did I use any therapy skills or tools this week? If not, what problem(s) did I encounter this week that might have been helped by the use of these skills?
    • What good things happened this week? How did I make those good things happen?
  3. Current and Future Problematic Situations

    • What are my current problems?
      • How can I think about them in a different way?
      • What can I do to change the feelings associated with these problems?
    • What problems might occur before my next self-management/reflection time? What skills can I use to deal with these problems?
